Journalist Steve Baker works for The Blaze media outlet. On January 6, 2021, he was at the Capitol covering the rally that went awry, but did not commit any property damage, and only entered the Capitol after lawmakers were evacuated. On March 1, after being notified by the FBI that he was going to be arrested “but not detained” for “nonviolent misdemeanors, interstate racketeering, and property damage “- he was placed in handcuffs and hauled off to be processed in Dallas, TX. Those handcuffs sure look like “detained” to us.
We do not yet know the specific charges. Technically … they are still “under seal” until the warrant is served. All else is as yet unknown. By this weekend, I will officially be a misdemeanor domestic journo-terrorist. (Something like that.) And so it begins.⬇️

According to Steve Baker’s attorney, the lack of notification of the charges is “unusual.” It’s not unusual for the over 1000 other defendants in the administration’s witch hunt. The FBI told him to “self-surrender” and immediately cuffed him. Very similar attitude toward this journalist as they did toward others. The Blaze, you remember, is a conservative media outlet. That in itself speaks volumes, since other journalists from the MSM were not arrested at all for being there.

The First Amendment of the US Constitution is officially dead. The DC FBI is officially the most corrupt agency in America. There is no real due process, nor is there Freedom of the Press or any other right. Keep in mind that this can happen to any of us simply for being Conservatives in a world run by radical leftists.
