Video: Notre Dame Graduates Insult VP Pence at Commencement Address

On Saturday, Vice President Mike Pence gave the commencement address at the University of Notre Dame and before he was able to start, a group of liberal graduates and their parents got up and walked out.

Pence was invited because students and faculty at the school threw a temper tantrum when they learned that President Donald Trump was invited to speak.

“You are called to lead for good, to be men and women of integrity and values, and to be salt and light in these ever-changing times,” the vice president told the graduates.

Is America headed for a recession?

Later in his 15-minute speech, the South Bend Tribune reported:

Pence talked about the importance of “freedom of expression and thought.” He spoke against “safe spaces” and “tone policing” at colleges across America, saying free speech was under attack on campuses.

Among those who walked out was Cassandra Dimaro, a double major in English and liberal studies. She was joined by her parents, Bill and Sue Dimaro, of Dallas.

Cassandra said the walkout was a show of solidarity “for those of us impacted by the policies of the Trump administration as well as the rhetoric the Trump administration has used.”

She held a bouquet of flowers, and her mortarboard was lined in rainbow colors and read: “Here, queer, get over it”

The disrespect against President Trump and Vice-President Trump is unparalleled to any past presidents, including President Obama.

The hate against Trump and Pence is so vile that back in February, Actress Sarah Silverman told her 9.8 million Twitters followers Wednesday evening to “join the resistance,” voicing her support for a military overthrow of President Donald Trump, Breitbart reported.

Silverman isn’t the only one suggesting forming a military coup to overthrow the government. Former adviser to President Barack Obama, Rosa Brooks, penned a column for Foreign Policy magazine titled “3 Ways to Get Rid of President Trump Before 2020.” In it, she mentioned military coup as an option.
