Revenge Politics: the left is exceptionally good at them. Over the weekend, Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall stated that an explosive device was detonated outside of his Montgomery office. Fortunately, no one was injured. Adding to that was the threatening letter with white powder in it that was sent to Donald Trump Jr (second time for that one). Fortunately, the white powder turned out to be harmless, but the letter may not be.
People without an inner compass of morality are out of control. Make no mistake, these are evil people whose common sense long ago left the train station. Their fuel is emotion only – and that is a deadly form of revenge politics. We can call it mental illness, but that is no less a danger to anyone involved in controversial situations.
Alabama’s Supreme Court recently ruled that frozen embryos are children and should not be randomly destroyed. That particular ruling has sent the left into a tizzy. The over-the-top reaction spread across the nation, with pro-abortion folks throwing fits, claiming all sorts of horrible things will happen. If they backed up for a moment and looked at the ruling, they’d understand that the entire freakout was unnecessary. Hence the motive for an explosive device at the Alabama Attorney General’s office. It’s revenge politics.
In their update, ALEA said ALEA’s State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) received notification of a suspicious package near the building housing the Attorney General’s office Monday morning, indicating the explosive was not noticed until two days later.
“It was determined that the suspicious package was an explosive device that was detonated in the early morning hours of Saturday, Feb. 24,” a statement from ALEA stated. “No injuries or damage to nearby buildings have been reported.” The Epoch Times
Then there are the letters with white powder. Ever since anthrax was sent to several people after 9-11, morons gather white powder (harmless or not), write a threatening letter, and ship it off to the political figure they love to hate. Consider the letter sent to Donald Trump Jr recently:

Yes, it’s an obvious nutjob, but those kinds of folks are unstable, and no one knows when or if they will do something horrific.

From people trying to punch politicians they don’t agree with, to shrieking leftists who drown out those they refuse to listen to, this entire political scene is way off the rails. Revenge politics is now one of the go-to methods of attacking opponents. The problem is that next time (and there will be a next time for sure) someone could be injured or murdered. America, time to pray.
