Though there are some who believe this is the work of Islamic Terrorism, nothing has been ruled out. But it seems unlikely as their M.O. is usually a higher casualty rate, though terror is their “middle name” and the bomber has certainly created that. A Ted Kazynski style bomber (the Unibomber) is more likely- someone with an agenda and motivated by off the wall beliefs. Or an anarchist group. The methodology of this bomber – from just package bombs on porches to trip wires and now a package bomb at a FedEx facility indicates yet another change.
