At least three Disney employees were arrested in Polk County, Florida during “Operation March Sadness” – a sting operation that netted 108 arrests with regard to prostitution and human trafficking. It was a six day operation involving multiple agencies.
Of the confirmed Disney employees, one was 45-year-old Ralph Leese, who worked in IT, and another was 24-year-old restaurant worker Wilakson Fidele of Tomorrowland’s Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe. The third, 27-year-old Xavier Jackson, has been accused of sending illicit pictures to a person who he thought was a 14-year-old girl.
Did I mention that [Jackson] just happens to be a lifeguard at the Polynesian Resort for Disney?” Judd said during a press conference while holding up his mugshot. “You think there’s a few children around there? That’s right. I didn’t stutter. He was a lifeguard at the Polynesian Resort and was bragging about that.”
Disney confirmed to the Washington Examiner that Reese, Fidele, and Jackson are currently on unpaid leave.
From a 67-year-old retired judge to a 17 year old kid, the sting netted numerous people involved in the targeted crimes. Sheriff Grady Judd highlighted those arrested who were Child Sexual predators.. especally the one who worked for Disney.
HB 1557 – the Anti-Grooming bill
Disney is host to literally millions of children per year. Disney CEO Bob Chapek, Biden’s Surgeon General, media, and numerous LGBTQ folks loudly proclaimed that Florida’s anti-Grooming Bill was evil and dangerous. Calling it the “Don’t Say Gay” bill, they twisted its purpose. The word “gay” was nowhere in the bill. The Florida legislature passed it on March 8 and sent it to Governor Ron DeSantis, who signed it into law on March 11.

The Parental Rights in Education bill is not about LGBTQ people, it’s about targeting small children in school with propaganda about sex. We’ve read about the push in school districts across the nation to groom very young children to change their gender – which leads to medications, confusion, and mental difficulties. And some of the schools demand that the child NOT tell their parents about the assignments and propaganda they were exposed to. HB 1557 prohibits such activity in ages Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
Parental Rights in Education; Requires district school boards to adopt procedures that comport with certain provisions of law for notifying student’s parent of specified information; requires such procedures to reinforce fundamental right of parents to make decisions regarding upbringing & control of their children; prohibits school district from adopting procedures or student support forms that prohibit school district personnel from notifying parent about specified information or that encourage student to withhold from parent such information; prohibits school district personnel from discouraging or prohibiting parental notification & involvement in critical decisions affecting student’s mental, emotional, or physical well-being; prohibits classroom discussion about sexual orientation or gender identity in certain grade levels; requires school districts to notify parents of healthcare services; authorizes parent to bring action against school district to obtain declaratory judgment; provides for additional award of injunctive relief, damages, & reasonable attorney fees & court costs to certain parents.
“Operation March Sadness” is only a microcosm of the sexual predators that exist in the United States. Having even one Disney employee arrested is a sad testimony to the popular venue. And having so many public figures openly embrace a twisted version of the law in one state that attempts to stop the pathway to grooming small children for sex is another reason why we are in such trouble.
