Dad Who was Dragged Out of School Board Meeting: Says School Covered up Rape of His Daughter

On June 22, Scott Smith, 48, was dragged out of a Loudoun County School board meeting that was set up to “discuss” the district’s transgender policy. But their definition of discuss didn’t include Mr. Smith’s exposure of the school covering up the rape of his daughter in the girl’s bathroom by a “boy in a skirt.” He was rightfully angry about it, but police dragged him out and he became one of the reasons why the DOJ began to investigate parents. A month before, the school did everything it could to cover up his daughter’s rape.

To my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms…I think it’s important to keep our perspective on this, we’ve heard it several times tonight from our public speakers but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.

Scott Ziegler, Loudoun County School Superintendent

They lied. As soon as Ziegler said those words, Mr. Smith erupted. His daughter mattered more than their politically correct rhetoric. A woman who was sitting next to him said that she didn’t believe his daughter. The enraged father called her a bitch. Police then dragged him out of the meeting and charged him with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Virginia father who went viral after being dragged out of a Loudoun County school board meeting and arrested for protesting its proposed transgender policies has now revealed he was trying to tell the room that his daughter had been raped by a boy ‘in a skirt’ in the girls’ bathroom.

Scott Smith was photographed on June 22 being dragged out of the heated meeting with his torso exposed in Leesburg, Virginia. The 48-year-old plumber was ridiculed on social media afterwards and was painted by the left to be a deranged, right-wing bigot.

Scott Smith isn’t a dangerous domestic terrorist, he’s an upset father and the boy who raped his daughter is a dangerous sexual predator who should never have access to women’s restrooms. If the school board had bothered to listen to Scott Smith, the situation might have been different. But the narrative of the right wing bigot is perpetuated and the denial that there are problems with some transgenders drives the conversation.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

On June 22, Scott Smith was arrested at a Loudoun County, Virginia, school board meeting, a meeting that was ultimately deemed an “unlawful assembly” after many attendees vocally opposed a policy on transgender students.

What people did not know is that weeks prior on May 28, Smith says, a boy allegedly wearing a skirt entered a girls’ bathroom at nearby Stone Bridge High School, where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter.

Juvenile records are sealed, but Smith’s attorney Elizabeth Lancaster told The Daily Wire that a boy was charged with two counts of forcible sodomy, one count of anal sodomy, and one count of forcible fellatio, related to an incident that day at that school.

“If someone would have sat and listened for thirty seconds to what Scott had to say, they would have been mortified and heartbroken,” Scott’s attorney, Elizabeth Lancaster said.

The story doesn’t end there.

The boy was set to appear in court on October 14 and was working on a plea deal. But when he allegedly did it again on October 6, he was charged with abduction and sexual battery for attacking another girl at a different high school about 2 1/2 miles away. But Time Magazine says that such predators do not exist. And the Loudoun School Superintendent believed it. They chose not to deal with hit, denying everything along the way.

It remains unclear why the boy in question was in the different school, where the second assault allegedly took place on October 6, when he had apparently been in talks with prosecutors to agree to a deal for the May 28 assault against Smith’s daughter.

Loudoun County won’t say whether or not he was ever suspended or excluded from the school system.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office did confirm the October 6 incident, saying in a press release on October 7: ‘A teenager from Ashburn has been charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student at Broad Run High School.

‘The investigation determined on the afternoon of October 6, the 15-year-old suspect forced the victim into an empty classroom where he held her against her will and inappropriately touched her.’

ANY parent worth being called parent would have reacted the same as Scott Smith. The Loudoun County School Board has been accused of vilifying parents who disagree with them, and calling the police on those who are rightfully enraged. AG Merrick Garland sic’d the DOJ/FBI on parents who are understandably upset over the outrageous actions of school boards around the nation. Children belong to the parents, not to the state. Keep that in mind as things progress.
