Boston Judge Brian Murphy said that he would defy the Supreme Court ruling on allowing the deportation of illegals to a third nation. It seems to be a trend. Biden totally ignored the Supreme Court ruling over student debt. Rogue judges have done everything possible to throw a wrench into the President’s agenda. This Boston Judge took it a step further – open defiance.
Boston Judge Murphy has reportedly not been on the bench long. Apparently, he fails to understand his job. The Trump administration sought to deport illegals to South Sudan, which the Supreme Court said could continue at least until the lawsuits play out.
U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy said late Monday that his injunction blocking the deportation of certain non-citizens to South Sudan and other third-party countries “remains in full force and effect,” notwithstanding a 6–3 Supreme Court ruling earlier in the day that cleared the Trump administration to resume the removals.
Murphy, a Boston-based judge appointed by President Joe Biden, originally barred the expulsions in May on due-process grounds, ordering the government to keep the detainees in custody and provide interpreters and counsel. Government filings state that eight of the detainees—described by officials as violent criminals—are currently being held by U.S. personnel in Djibouti while the legal battle unfolds.” DeepNewz.com
