On Tuesday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., made an embarrassing and incoherent statement during an interview at the Peter G. Peterson Foundation’s 2017 Fiscal Summit, in which she advanced the Democrats’ Trump-Russia conspiracy theory and claimed the NRA is part of the intelligence community.
“Talk about Russia undermined our election. They did it. (Incoherent babble)…not even any question. They hacked. They leaked. They disrupted. The question is was there collusion (babbling)…you can’t know until you have the full fledged facts,” she said, ignoring the lack of any evidence to back up her claim.
“And to have a President say to the…uh Director of the FBI, the DNI, Director of National Intelligence or the NRA person that um, uh that, that uh they should not go forward. Uhhh it raises questions that need to be answered in a facts and law way and not a hearsay,” she added, appearing to suffer from yet another brain freeze.

NTK Network, the outlet that posted the video, noted:
Pelosi seemed to realize she messed up the acronym.
The acronym NRA stands for the National Rifle Association. Pelosi probably meant to use the acronym NSA, which stands for National Security Agency.
Making Pelosi’s mix up even worse is that moments before this Pelosi touted her extensive experience working with America’s intelligence community.
A post at 100 Percent Fed Up added:
As if Nancy’s ridiculous NRA slip wasn’t bad enough, she goes on to clarify why she is uniquely qualified to speak on such important matters as Russian collusion with the Trump campaign because of her vast experience in working with the United States intelligence community, in fact, Nancy claims she has “more” experience than “anyone” else. Too bad she doesn’t even know the NRA isn’t part of the intelligence community…
The NRCC said her rambling statement only put her own incompetence on full display.

Writing at the Gateway Pundit, Cristina Laila said that Pelosi “should be at home in a rocking chair knitting or playing Sudoku. Unfortunately, we are still subjected to her mental illness after being a government swamp creature who has lived off the largess of taxpayers too long.”
Of course, the so-called “mainstream media,” known here as the Democrat-media complex, completely ignored Pelosi’s embarrassing gaffe.
