Warning: Biden Still Wants Your Bank Account

Biden Doubling of IRS Staff is Aimed at You

President Joe Biden’s Wreckonciliation bill that awaits consideration in the Senate more than doubles the number of IRS agents purportedly to go after the 614 billionaires in America.  Problem is that really, really wealthy people pay really, really smart people to figure out how they can legally pay as little in taxes as possible.  In other words they follow the law.

So what might those 80,000 plus brand new, inexperienced agents be doing?  If you work in the gig economy, buckle up, because you tips, cash payments and independent business status put you squarely in their crosshairs.  Biden’s union allies have been at war with these mini-entrepreneurs who crave the flexibility of fitting work into their own schedules in a desperate bid to fit them into a 1950s workplace box that they can compel to pay dues.

California’s disastrous and notorious Assembly Bill 5 which passed in 2019 and a federal court allowed to go into effect in April of 2021 has been a primary cause of the massive container ship back up off of the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The law ended the ability of independent truckers to pick up cargo in the once Golden state, creating the trucking shortage which has led to more than a hundred ships waiting to be unloaded.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The left hates those who don’t conform to their control systems and gig workers like independent truckers, Uber drivers, and those who rent their homes using apps like AirBnB.  House Democrats voted to sick 80,000 IRS agents on you.  Now it is the Senate’s turn.  If these mini-entrepreneurs wake up to the reality that the Biden so-called build back better plan will unleash the IRS paperwork police to investigate their meager earnings, the bill won’t have a chance.

If you know a gig worker, educate him or her.

House passes Biden’s $1.75 trillion boondoggle. Act now!

ALG endorses Gohmert for Attorney General

Representative Louis Gohmert has been one of the most vocal and active defenders of freedom in Congress.  Louis is fearless in defending truth, whether it be taking on the military tribunal system that wrongfully convicted many US service members due to shifting politically correct standards in Afghanistan and Iraq, or standing up for the January 6th political prisoners being abused in the DC jail system.

Now, he has chosen to run for the office of Attorney General of Texas.  Louis Gohmert is a fighter.  He is a man of conviction who stands for the rule of law even when it is inconvenient or politically unwise.  The people of Texas would truly be blessed if he were to be elected to defend the laws and constitution of their state.  But America will be a poorer place without Louis Gohmert in Congress after January of 2023. Louis Gohmert’s courage, strength and willingness to do what is right no matter how powerful the forces arrayed against him are rare in this world.

Louis Gohmert will make a great Attorney General and Americans for Limited Government supports his election, even as we will truly miss his dogged determination in the fight for the upholding of the Constitution in Congress.  Good luck Louis, Texans could not do better than you as their Attorney General.

The Left’s post-Kyle assault on self-defense

The left’s insane reaction to the Kyle Rittenhouse acquittal in the most obvious self-defense case I have ever seen, will be a fundraising lynchpin in an attempt to roll back and stop the expansion of constitutional carry laws around the nation.

The core argument that if Rittenhouse had not been in Kenosha, Wisconsin emboldened by a gun in his hand, no one would have been shot is both true and missing the point entirely.  The prosecutors argument that “sometimes we just have to take our beating” directly asserts that when a mob attacks you, you should just curl up in a ball and hope to survive rather than defending yourself.

The idea that you cannot defend yourself using deadly force while being assaulted with a weapon, and having an illegally possessed handgun pointed at you, makes each of us nothing more than slaves to the mob.

For those of us old enough to remember, during the Rodney King riots in Los Angeles, a truck driver named Reginald Denny was just trying to do his job.  His truck became engulfed by enraged rioters and Denny was pulled from the truck and nearly beaten to death suffering from permanent disabilities and disfigurement as a result. He was unarmed and took his beating.

Denny was attacked and had his head beaten in with a cinder block and a claw hammer because he was white, but before anyone looks at it through a strictly racial lens, his life was saved by four black men who helped load him in his truck and drove him to the local hospital.

Thugs are thugs and mobs are mobs, whether they be white ANTIFA rioters in Kenosha or largely black and Hispanic one’s in Los Angeles in 1992.  When an innocent person is attacked by a mob or a single assailant, there is a right to self-defense no matter the color of the attacker(s) or the one being attacked.

Thankfully twelve jurors in Kenosha understood this basic fact, even as the county prosecutor did not.
