WAR ON TRUMP: Here’s What Biden Democrats Did For An Encore On Day Two

The job for anyone trying to tell us with a straight face that the FBI raid in Mar-A-Lago is justified just got that much harder.

If this was genuinely a spat over classified documents, and not an attempt to take a political threat out of contention, how do you explain these uncomfortable details?

Was a less intrusive option possible?

First off, even WaPo has previously described Trump as having cooperated with the relevant government officials as recently as June. It’s not unusual for administrations to have disagreements over which documents belong in the possession of an outgoing President, and which do not. Dubya and Obama both refused to hand over papers they had been called on to produce.

Kash Patel raised the point that a sitting President has final authority on classification levels of documents, and the right to unilaterally change classification levels (in exactly the way that Obama did with information that could be used in ways detrimental to Trump in the final days of his Presidency).

Even Hillary Clinton — who indisputably had classified documents she had no right — did not face a police raid to retrieve them.

What did they gather up?

If this isn’t a coordinated fishing expedition, how do you explain them taking away boxes of materials that are exactly the kind of information that should NEVER be in the hands of a political opponent — like any conversations he may have had about Republican election strategy, up to and including discussions on whether and how he will run for re-election in 2024.

How else do you explain them rummaging through Melania’s closet?

No itemized receipt of items they took was provided — despite the legal obligation of law enforcement to provide one. Nor was a witness friendly to the accused permitted to be present to observe that the agency that has already discredited itself by falsifying email evidence that would have exonerated Gen Flynn and perjuring themselves on a FOIA request targeting Trump in the Crossfire Hurricane case wasn’t playing any (more) dirty tricks.

FBI agents scoured Melania Trump’s wardrobe and spent several hours combing through Donald Trump’s private office, breaking open his safe and rifling through drawers when they raided the former First Family’s Mar-a-Lago home in Florida Monday morning.
…A source close to the former president expressed concern that FBI agents or DOJ lawyers conducting the search could have “planted stuff” because they would not allow Trump’s attorneys inside the 128-room building to observe the operation, which lasted more than nine hours.
…The boxes contain documents and mementos from Trump’s presidency, reportedly including letters from Barack Obama and Kim Jong Un, and other correspondence with world leaders.
A legal source said that the boxes had been packed up by the General Services Administration and shipped to Mar-a-Lago when Trump left office in January 2020.

They walked off with mementos, dug through Melania’s underwear drawer, and broke into his safe?

So, that’s got to be the end of it right?

Of course not.

Make Trump defend himself on multiple fronts

One day after the raid (and 90 days before the Midterms) we finally got a court ruling back on Trump’s taxes. Trump has to hand them over.

Gee that wouldn’t provide a useful enemies list for the J6 Inquisitors to work from, would it? Of course, there’s no possible way an agent provocateur on the left could ever maliciously leak IRS information for political advanta–

Oh wait, they’ve already done exactly that more than once before!

Oh, and then there’s that AG from New York who ran on a promise to ‘get Trump’. She’s moving ahead with depositions.

Trump will be sitting down with attorneys for Letitia James’ office at an undisclosed location agreed by the parties and behind-closed-doors. It’s unclear at this time if the former president will be willing to answer all the questions that the lawyers pose him or if he could be asserting his Fifth Amendment right. — Yahoo

Surely she is working with clear-eyed objectivity and prioritizing the ‘real’ threat to New York while a rash of recidivist criminals in the Big Apple walk free. This couldn’t possibly be about taking a scalp and putting an enemy on ice. Heaven forfend.

As rabid as this inquisition might appear, at least the Democrats are limiting their bureaucratic toolbox to destroying the man with the Golden Combover… right?

Nope.

One day after running roughshod over Trump’s various rights, they are taking dead aim at the separation of powers… just like Obama did when he had his CIA hack into the computers of Senators so he could know how they were deliberating about waterboarding.

Remember when Brennen pulled THIS stunt?

The new information suggesting the White House was aware of — and did not stop — the CIA’s computer snooping is unlikely to improve the existing distrust between Senate committee members and the executive branch. Feinstein has said that the CIA’s computer search likely violated the constitutional separation of powers, an allegation the White House has declined to directly address. — Huffpo

Pay particular attention to the phrase ‘violated the constitutional separation of powers’ and ask yourself whether that phrase has any relevance for the next heading in this story.

Feds seize Congressman’s Phone

Representative Scott Perry (R., Pa.), an ally of former president Donald Trump, said Tuesday that the FBI confiscated his personal phone one day after federal agents searched Trump’s residence at Mar-a-Lago in Florida, according to a new report.
“This morning, while traveling with my family, 3 FBI agents visited me and seized my cell phone,” Perry told Fox News. “They made no attempt to contact my lawyer, who would have made arrangements for them to have my phone if that was their wish.”
Perry added that he is “outraged — though not surprised — that the FBI under the direction of Merrick Garland’s DOJ would seize the phone of a sitting Member of Congress.”
He told the outlet that his phone “contains info about my legislative and political activities, and personal/private discussions with my wife, family, constituents, and friends,” adding, “none of this is the government’s business.”

Any relevance at all?

Anyone…?  Bueller…?

But we’re not supposed to see this coordinated attack on a Republican as a politically motivated way for Executive Branch Activists and Malcontents to put their thumb on the scales in an election.

Just like we’re supposed to pretend the last 3 elections weren’t meddled with by unelected Federal Agents making official pronouncements (like Comey), witch-hunt inquisitions (Mueller investigation that gave Democrats the gavel triggered by Comey’s deliberate entrapment), or classifying Hunter’s laptop as ‘Russian Information’.

A Coordinated Response

Let’s not forget the Hillary loyalist who set this plan in motion back before Trump was sworn in on 2017 in a paper conveniently entitled ‘Media Matters War Plan 2017‘.

Four different Democrat groups would each have a different role in destroying the political right generally and Trump specifically. Does THIS one look suspiciously similar to what we’ve seen for the past 6 years?

Yeah, we thought so, too.

How many coordinated coincidences does it take to invoke questions about a vast LEFT wing conspiracy?
