Genocide is a term that is used by various groups around the world when hundreds of thousands of people are killed by any regime. But there is another way to eradicate a people: steal their children and force them to become another group. Russia is being accused of kidnapping at least 13,000 Ukrainian children…and counting. By these actions, the very definition of war crimes is met. Kidnapping Ukrainian children is an action that echoes Hitler’s Nazis.
History lesson: Hitler Youth and Nazi kidnappings
Alodia Witaszek’s biological parents were still alive when she was kidnapped as a girl. In autumn of 1943, both she and her little sister were sent to a youth custody camp in Litzmannstadt, which is today Lodz, to become “Germanized.” The sisters were no longer allowed to speak Polish in the camp.
Organized identity falsification
Countless Polish children experienced the same fate: The organized child robbery was part of the Nazi racial policy to turn “racially valuable” children from the annexed parts of western Poland into Germans. The youth welfare offices reported the children whose appearance they considered “Aryan.” Representatives of the health authorities conducted medical examinations of them, filtered out the children with “good blood,” who were then sent to a children’s home where they were forced to learn German and their names were Germanized.
Afterwards, the SS-initiated association Lebensborn took responsibility of them, handing over younger children to SS families for adoption, and sending older ones to “German home schools.” Over time, the children became increasingly robbed of their memories and their identity as they became Germanized. Kidnapping Ukrainian children
The Russian plan appears to be to steal (kidnap) young children, force them into foster care where they will be indoctrinated to “love Russia.” The brainwashing is a plan to eradicate the Ukrainian people by removing the children from one place and put them in another where their identity will be changed. Of the possible thousands of children kidnapped so far, only approximately 103 have made it back to their parents, according to ABC. It appears from the various investigations into this problem that Russia has indeed committed war crimes by definition of the Geneva Convention.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
In one case, Russia took numerous young orphans from Kherson, but the community banded together and hid some of them – at great risk to themselves.

Defying the Geneva Convention- of which Russia is a signatory
“It appears that a violation of the convention has occurred, which prohibits destroying an ethnic, racial, national, or religious group. The convention also prohibits moving children away from their group to another one. According to international law experts, the genocide convention also prohibits destroying a group’s culture, language, and religion, including that of children. The Lvova-Belova and Putin revelations about assimilating Ukrainian children into Russia and eradicating their culture prove that they were trying to commit genocide as defined by the convention.” SOFREP
Both ABC and SKY News have been investigating this accusation of kidnapping Ukrainian children. If it is true, and it appears to be so, Russia has violated the tenants of the Geneva Convention and must be held accountable.
