On Sunday, talk show host Mark Levin appeared on “Fox and Friends” and made the case that Barack Obama and his operatives have worked to spy on and undermine the Trump administration while using the liberal media to back up his statements.
“The evidence is overwhelming,” Levin said.
According to Fox News Insider:
“This is not about President Trump’s tweeting; this is about the Obama administration spying,” said Levin, chief of staff for Attorney General Edwin Meese in the Reagan administration.

Levin brought up a report that the Obama administration made two Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court requests in 2016 to monitor Trump communications and a computer server in Trump Tower focusing on possible links with Russian banks. The first one in June was denied, but the follow-up in October was granted.
“The issue isn’t whether the Obama administration spied on the Trump campaign or transition of surrogates; the issue is the extent of it,” Levin said.
“Donald Trump is the victim. His campaign is the victim. His transition team is the victim. His surrogates are the victim,” he said.
He also said that Obama is more involved than he’s letting on.
“I will tell you this, he’s more involved than he says; it’s his executive branch,” Levin said.

Six agencies, including the FBI, CIA, NSA, DOJ, Treasury Department Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and representatives of the director of national intelligence, were involved in investigating the Trump campaign.
“Are you telling me Barack Obama didn’t know what was going on in six agencies?” Levin asked.
“These are police state tactics,” Levin asserted.
