A Texas Judge dismissed charges for over 140 migrants after they breached the border near El Paso on March 21, saying there was “no probable cause” to prove the riot happened. But on April 22, a Texas Grand Jury overruled the judge and indicted the migrants. They now face up to a $2,000 fine and 180 days in jail.

This comes a day after a judge threw out the cases.

The above video of the original incident is from the New York Post. It clearly shows a riot as migrants rushed the razor wire, even pushing past the officers guarding the border. But the judge who dismissed the cases seemingly found no “evidence” of the migrants’ actions. The TX Grand Jury overruled his leftist decision and indicted the migrants that the Texas DPS originally arrested.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
This is a prime example of the issues our nation is enduring – courts that conflict with each other on a regular basis. Extreme leftist judges have indicted a former President as well as ordinary people who simply walked through the Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The conflict between liberals and conservatives will be the catalyst for what ultimately happens to our nation. It’s a warning to us all.
