Texas Voter Fraud Arrest: 134 Counts. Sen Cruz Takes Twitter to the Woodshed

A Texas Voter Fraud arrest from November 7 was front and center in the continuing debate over whether voter fraud exists. In the minds of Twitter, Facebook, and Democrats, it is “exceedingly rare.”  That viewpoint is a lie. Today, Senator Cruz took on Jack Dorsey again with some tests.

Texas Voter Fraud

A Limestone County social worker was arrested and charged with 134 counts of submitting ballots of the residents of an assisted living facility without their signatures. He claimed ot be acting as their “agent” – but Texas state law prohibits anyone except a relative to do that. Some of those whose ballots he submitted were totally mentally disabled, which precluded them from being able to vote in the first place.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The Texan reported,

Kelly Reagan Brunner allegedly submitted voter registration applications for 67 residents of Mexia State Supported Living Center without their signatures.

If convicted, Brunner could face up to 10 years in prison.

Attorney General Ken Paxton said in a release, “I strongly commend the Limestone County District Attorney’s Office, Sheriff’s Office, and Elections Office, as well as the Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General for their outstanding work on this case and their commitment to ensuring a free and fair Presidential election in the face of unprecedented voter fraud.”

“Registering citizens to vote or to obtain mail ballots without their consent is illegal. It is particularly offensive when individuals purport to be champions for disability rights, when in reality they are abusing our most vulnerable citizens in order to gain access to their ballots and amplify their own political voice,” he concluded.

The Texas voter fraud instance is only one spot in the horrific landscape of the contested 2020 election. Ballot harvesting in Minnesota was linked to Ilhan Omar just prior to the election. California arrested two people who submitted 8,000 fraudulent ballots.

Sen Ted Cruz ripped Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on November 17 in the Senate Hearing room for the censorship of Conservatives and even the President over the whole voter fraud issue. Doresy apologized (sort of) for the “mistake” of censoring the Hunter Biden Story…yet we know that he’s not really sorry. The hope is that lawmakers will remove Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act – it allows these companies to skate from accountability. Remove it and they’ll have to wise up. (Theoretically).

Then there were the two people charged with voter fraud in California. Fraud has occurred in previous elections when homeless people were paid to forge ballots.  In this particular case, 8,000 voter applications were submitted. Eight.Thousand.

Breitbart noted,

NBC 4 reports:

“Carlos Antonio De Bourbon Montenegro, 53, and Marcos Raul Arevalo, 34, were charged in a 41-count criminal complaint filed last week. The pair faces one count of conspiracy to commit voter fraud, eight counts of voter fraud, four counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument and four misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. Montenegro is also facing an additional 10 counts of voter fraud, seven counts of procuring and offering a false or forged instrument, two counts of perjury and five misdemeanor counts of interference with a prompt transfer of a completed affidavit.

Montenegro submitted over 8,000 fraudulent voter registration applications between July and October of this year, according to the district attorney’s office. Additionally, Montenegro allegedly falsified, “names, addresses and signatures on nomination papers under penalty of perjury to run for mayor in the city of Hawthorne.”

Montenegro faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison, while Arevalo faces up to seven years.”

The criminal complaint can be found here.

So we not only have Texas voter fraud, there’s California voter fraud as well. But remember, Big Tech, Democrats, and liberals claim it’s exceedingly “rare.” Not.
