State Dept Instituted Cry Sessions Over Trump Victory

"Managing Stress During Change"

We’ve turned into a nation of fragile weaklings (aka snowflakes). The US State Department instituted ‘cry sessions’ in the wake of Trump’s victory to help their employees cope with the change. Are we the laughingstock of the world right now? Yep. We just hope Trump and his team can change that, and soon.

The Biden-Harris State Department organized an in-house therapy session for employees early Friday following Donald Trump’s election victory, four sources with knowledge of the meeting told the Washington Free Beacon.

“Managing stress during change,” read an internal State Department email sent across the agency that encouraged employees to attend a one-hour session in which they could discuss their feelings about Tuesday’s election results. The department’s Employee Consultation Services in the Bureau of Medical Services hosted the session, according to a copy of the email notice described by sources to the Free Beacon.

“Change is a constant in our lives, but it can often bring about stress and uncertainty,” the email said. “Join us for an insightful webinar where we delve into effective stress management techniques to help you navigate these challenging times. This session will provide tips and practical strategies for managing stress and maintaining your well being.” Washington Free Beacon

Cry sessions

This isn’t the only time our little government chickadees were given the free exercise of their emotional clucking sessions. It also happened in 2023 when a computer error at the State Department caused the “wrong pronouns” to be used in several inhouse emails (highlighted by the Christian Post). It caused them to have to talk to a therapist. Good grief.

Somebody please wake me up from this nightmare. We need a STRONG State Department. For the last 4 years, we have been watching appeasement on steroids, cowardice personified, and a total lack of strength. (Thanks, Blinken). The State Department is supposed to advocate for America around the world.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“If you need a cry session because an election didn’t go the way you’d prefer, you probably lack the fortitude required to be an effective representative of the U.S. to the world.” Joseph Backholm at The Washington Stand

That’s an understatement. Being run by emotions damages a person’s perspective and guarantees they are not thinking rationally. At this point in time, most of the liberals aren’t thinking at all, let alone rationally. Instead, they are curled up in a fetal position crying their eyes out.
