Even as Sen Rand Paul pushed hard on Dr Anthony Fauci in his Senate testimony, proof that Fauci lied under oath has been revealed. Project Veritas released several Department of Defense documents from “Project Defuse” that shows that Fauci’s NIH and NIAID partnered with the EcoAlliance to continue Gain of Function research in defiance of the government moratorium on such research. And they did it at the Wuhan Institute of Virology Laboratory. The documents were found HIDDEN in a Top Secret shared drive- but were not marked classified. Who deliberately buried them?
In the documents, EcoAlliance applied to DARPA for funds to research coronaviruses in bats back in March of 2018, but were rejected due to the danger. DARPA believed it was “gain of function” research, something which Fauci has repeatedly denied under oath.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
DARPA rejected the research proposal based on the following issues, one of which was the danger to communities:
Dual Use Research of Concern
- Vaccine epitope coverage
- Regulatory requirements
- ELSI (ethical, legal, and social issues)
- Data Usage
Dr. Fauci has repeatedly maintained, under oath, that the NIH and NAIAD (sic) have not been involved in gain of function research with the EcoHealth Alliance program. But according to the documents obtained by Project Veritas which outline why EcoHealth Alliance’s proposal was rejected, DARPA certainly classified the research as gain of function.
“The proposal does not mention or assess potential risks of Gain of Function (GoF) research,” a direct quote from the DARPA rejection letter.
Major Murphy’s report goes on to detail great concern over the COVID-19 gain of function program, the concealment of documents, the suppression of potential curatives, like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine, and the mRNA vaccines.
“Manhattan Project ” level coverup
The report written to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense by USMC Major Joseph Murphy, a DARPA research fellow who found the documents, reveals that Fauci is indeed lying. And so is someone in the government who deliberately hid the information.
The DARPA rejection letter for Project Defuse is damning to the EcoAlliance’s plan to do bat research. But the letter on August 13, 2021 from Major Murphy hits hard at the origins of the Covid-19 virus and the ensuing coverup by the government on every aspect from Project Defuse to the suppression of therapeutics like Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquin. For clarity, Murphy is NOT Project Veritas’ source for the documents.

The massive “Manhattan project” level of information suppression by the government and the Trusted News Initiative indicates it would be covered up if something bad happened.
Something bad did happen. The documents were released on Monday. Project Veritas contacted Jared Adams, DARPA’s Chief of Communications and asked about the hidden drive.
“It doesn’t sound normal to me. If something resides in a classified setting, then it should be appropriately marked. I’m not at all familiar with unmarked documents that reside in a classified space, no.”
