Activist Democrats all across America have been trying in recent months to use their “lawfare” election strategy that includes removing his name from the ballot against President Donald Trump, the leader, among candidates in both parties, to be elected to the Oval Office in 2024.
They’ve largely struck out, except for a ruling from four Democrats on an activist Colorado state Supreme Court that said he was an “insurrectionist,” even though he’s never been charged with that crime in court.
Democrats in the House accused him of that during one of their failed impeach-and-remove strategies several years ago, but he was acquitted.
But apparently now that the plan to fight an opposing candidate by demanding his name be removed from the ballot is so common, Republicans are using it.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Against Joe Biden.
Essentially the charges are that he’s an “insurrectionist” because of the southern border crisis he created – and the related charge he’s refused to defend the nation and its border.
Under the standard being demanded by Democrats, as an “insurrectionist” he would be ineligible to run for office again.
It is Breitbart that revealed “Three Republican state lawmakers are drafting legislation to remove President Joe Biden from ballots in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania.”
That would mean he would have “difficulty” winning a Democrat primary and president election.
The report identified the GOP members reusing the Democrats’ schemes against them as Rep. Aaron Bernstine of Pennsylvania, Rep. Charlice Byrd of Georgia and Rep. Cory Mcgarr of Arizona.
“The state representatives’ aim is to fight back against the Democrats’ so-called ‘lawfare’ used to attack former President Donald Trump. The Colorado Supreme Court ruled Tuesday in a 4-3 opinion that the United States Constitution’s ‘Insurrection Clause’ blocks Trump from appearing on the state’s presidential ballot,” the report said.
The lawmakers, in a statement, told the publication, “We are joining forces to introduce legislation to REMOVE Joe Biden from the ballot in Georgia, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. The absurdity of radical Democrat judges removing Donald Trump from the ballot in Colorado will be a stain on the American political system for decades. By their very own interpretation of the law, Joe Biden is 100% not eligible to run for political office.”
They said Democrats’ “justification” for wanting Trump’s name removed “can just as easily be applied to Joe Biden for his ‘insurrection’ at the southern border and his alleged corrupt family business dealings with China.”
They confirmed they’re showcasing the “absurdity” of the decision by the Colorado court system, which earlier was publicly scolded by the Supreme Court for its “hostility” to Christianity.

Trump, in an attempt to send the 45th president of the United States to prison for the rest of his life.
None of this constitutes “politics” in any conventional or traditional American sense. Rather, it is all darkly spiritual. The greatest nation on earth is in the throes of a full-blown spiritual war between good and evil.
