The suspect identified in the car ramming and death of USCP Officer Billy Evans, was Noah Green, 25, aka Noah X. He was a reportedly a follower of the Nation of Islam led by Louis Farrakhan, a notorious racist and anti-semite. Police said they don’t think the incident was “terrorism related,” but are continuing to investigate.
The suspect rammed his car into two of our officers and then hit the north barricade barrier. At such time the suspect exited the vehicle with a knife in hand. Our officers then engaged that suspect. He did not respond to verbal commands.

Noah Green appears to have held Nation of Islam Founder Elijah Muhammad past high esteem and into worship mode. The Nation of Islam is a strange mix of weird doctrines, and was created on a foundation of hate toward whites.
Nation of Islam’s founders “held that over 6,000 years ago, the black race lived in a paradise on earth that was destroyed by the evil wizard Yacub, who created the white ‘devil’ through a scientific process called ‘grafting.’
They “preached of a coming apocalyptic overthrow of white domination, insisting that the dominion of evil was to end with God’s appearance on earth. … Following this, NOI predicts an epic struggle in which the Nation of Islam will play a key role in preparing and educating the Original People, who ruled the earth in peace and prosperity until … ‘blue-eyed devils’ came along to gum things up.” It adds, “The Nation of Islam teaches that intermarriage or race mixing should be prohibited.”
Green appears to have believed in a weird mix of Islam and Christianity. A deluded man took the life of a Capitol Police officer who had been on the job for 18 years, and injured another. Was it mere animus toward police officers? Was he just wanting to end his life? Law enforcement is continuing the investigation, and said it appeared he had no connections to anyone on Capitol Hill.
