Nadler lies through his teeth, falsely claims Trump worked with Russians to rig 2016 election (Video)

While appearing on CBS’ Face the Nation, House Judiciary Chair Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., flat-out lied through his teeth, falsely claiming that President Trump “tried to work with the Russians to rig the 2016 election,” even though the Mueller report clearly states the opposite.

“There is ample evidence, overwhelming evidence. Any jury would convict in three minutes flat that the president betrayed his country by breaking the law,” the New York Democrat who ramrodded the sham hearing in the House Judiciary Committee, said.

“The reason he did that was in order to extort a foreign government to smear his political opponent for his personal benefit and to help try to rig the 2020 election as he worked with the Russians to try to rig the 2016 election. Same pattern,” he added. “There’s no question that working with a foreign power, trying to extort a foreign power to interfere in our election, is about as bad as you can imagine.”

Of course, nothing he said is true. It’s all a pack of lies and he knows it.

A post at RedState noted:

What? This is just vile. Was there a reason we had the Mueller investigation for what seems like a million years only to have Nadler completely deny the central conclusion of that investigation – that there was no collusion with the Russians by Trump or the Trump team.

Not only was this completely debunked, but it’s now been confirmed that the Democrats’ paid for dossier was in fact central to this hoax and to the investigation against the Trump team. So it really takes some gall on the part of Nadler when Democrats were involved in pushing the hoax.

Nadler is also one of the House impeachment managers which tells you exactly how much their case is worth. He also went on to claim that the case against Trump now was “rock solid.” Well, if it was rock solid you wouldn’t need to lie like this. You wouldn’t need to try and pull all kinds of tricks to get witnesses which you in the House failed to get yourselves.

The White House, meanwhile, has responded to the Democrats’ sham impeachment, calling it a “dangerous attack on the right of the American people to freely choose their President.” The brief also calls the effort a “brazen and unlawful attempt to overturn the results of the 2016 election and interfere with the 2020 election…”

In other words, it’s an attempted coup d’etat against a duly elected president.
