In what can only be described as a psychotic delusion, Merrick Garland has vowed to go after all ‘Jan 6 suspects’…even if they never entered the Capitol or even if they weren’t present on Jan 6, 2021. It comes after the CBP released the fact that 31,000 Chinese nationals crossed the US border illegally in just 11 months. This “Department of Justice” needs a severe realignment of priorities. Firing them all is a good option too.
“The Biden administration has pledged to continue to pursue and convict all people who broke the law in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol incident, including those who never entered the building or who weren’t even present at the U.S. Capitol that day.
Prosecutors have, to date, charged over 1,250 people with various crimes related to Jan. 6, ranging from being present on Capitol grounds without authorization, to assault of a police officer, to seditious conspiracy.”…“We have initiated prosecutions and secured convictions across a wide range of criminal conduct on January 6, as well as in the days and weeks leading up to the attack…Our work continues,” he said. “As I said before, the Justice Department will hold all January 6 perpetrators, at any level, accountable under the law—whether they were present that day or were otherwise criminally responsible for the assault on our democracy.” Attorney General Merrick Garland said in a speech on Friday.” The Epoch Times
Jan 6 was not “an assault on Democracy.” If it were, there would have been a great deal more weapons than a few flags. And we’re Constitutional Republic, not a true democracy, but the left has a way of changing the words to mean something else for their own purposes.
So to be clear, the DOJ is going to hunt down ‘Jan 6 suspects’ whether they actually entered the Capitol or even were not present for the riot. How does THAT work? There were many people who went to DC on January 5th but left the city prior to the Jan 6 riot BECAUSE something seemed off. There were no signs of opposition to the Trump rally – something that had never occurred before. In every previous rally, there were always protesters – Jan 6 had none. Is the DOJ now coming after the people who were wise enough to smell a rat? And how is not being present a crime?
Even Former Attorney General Bill Barr stated that the DOJ cast its net “too far.” He also said that it was not an “insurrection.” And he dislikes Trump.

The DOJ and DHS ignore the danger from adult male Chinese nationals crossing into the country. But the DOJ under Merrick Garland is hot-to-hunt down ordinary Americans. The vast majority of the men coming to America claim they are running from the oppressive Communist regime. But they are ADULT males of military age. Think about it – who are these people and why now at a time of increased Chinese-US tensions? It is highly unlikely that 31,000 Chinese citizens left the country without the knowledge of the Communist government.
The average number of Chinese nationals normally encountered at the border is around 1,500, and that’s high.
Tomorrow, Jan 10th, House Republicans begin hearings on the possible impeachment of DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas for dereliction of duty. At this point, AG Merrick Garland should be in the hotseat too for continuing to pursue all ‘Jan 6 suspects.’
