A man linked to a radical Islamist terror group entered the U.S. freely after being released by the U.S. Border Patrol in California, according to a report.
In fact, Mohammad Kharwin, 48, who is linked to the Afghan terror group Hezb-e-Islami, or HIG, was not just released into the country once by the Biden administration, he was released TWICE!
According to Just the News, Kharwin was arrested in March of 2023 near San Ysidro, California, after having illegally crossed the Mexico-U.S. border. He was then released and allowed to roam the U.S. for the next year.
He was arrested again in Feb., but, once again, a federal immigration judge allowed him to go free.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
It is unknown if he is again in custody or not.
According to Just the News, “HIG is described as a ‘virulently anti-Western insurgent group’ that attempted to overthrow the Afghan government prior to 2021.”
When he was arrested in 2023, Border Patrol thought he might be on the terror watch list because he seemed to match the list.
Yet, he was still let go after CBP took his biometric data “as it would any other migrant.”
However, CBP did not bother to notify Immigration and Customs Enforcement about his possible links to the terror group.
These are the people that Joe Biden is allowing to freely enter and roam the U.S.
