Major Victory For Texas: Court Blocks Biden Regime from Destroying State’s Border Fencing (Video)

Joe Biden has been sending his operatives throughout Texas to tear down the barriers that the state had built on the border. But now the Lone Star State has won a major victory after a court told Biden to stop destroying the state’s barriers.

Last week, a federal judge issued a restraining order against the Biden administration telling Biden to stop ripping out the state’s razor wire barriers.

Per Just the News:

Chief U.S. District Judge Alia Moses, in Del Rio, ruled Texas had a likelihood of prevailing in its lawsuit and would suffer significant harm if federal officials were allowed to keep dismantling the fence.

The decision dealt a stinging rebuke to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas and was a win for states seeking to enforce border security on their own in the absence of help from the federal government.

“The Plaintiff preliminarily establishes that it would face irreparable harm without a temporary restraining order,” Moses declared in an 11-page decision.

“The Court shall grant the temporary relief requested, with one important exception for any medical emergency that mostly likely results in serious bodily injury or death to a person, absent any boats or other life-saving apparatus available to avoid such medical emergencies prior to reaching the concertina wire barrier,” the court added.

The court order came after Texas took Biden to court.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton on Tuesday sued the Biden administration over the alleged cutting of razor wire set up by Texas at the border to prevent the entry of illegal immigrants into the United States.

Paxton is suing the Department of Homeland Security, and Customs and Border Protection officials over what it says has been the federal government’s practice of cutting or damaging the concertina wire that has been positioned along with border with Mexico to prevent illegal immigrants entering the U.S.

Paxton alleged that Biden’s corrupt agents “illegally destroyed property owned by the State of Texas.” He added that Biden also disrupted the state’s border security.

Biden border agents are using machinery to lift barbed wire and allow hundreds of undocumented migrants into our country.
