On Wednesday morning, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., said she was “swatted” at 1:00 am.

According to the Rome News-Tribune:
Police are investigating a faked shooting report which led police to respond to 14th District Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s home in Rome early Wednesday.

According to a Rome Police Department report, Rome police officers responded to a 911 call on Wednesday at 01:03 a.m. which led them to initially believe a man who had been shot multiple times in the bathtub at Greene’s home. The caller also stated there was a woman inside the home and possibly children with her. When officers responded Greene assured the officers there was no issue at the home.

“Swatting” is the action or practice of making a prank call to emergency services in an attempt to bring about the dispatch of a large number of armed police officers to a particular address.
This is a dangerous prank used by the American left against their political opponents. It is very dangerous because it could lead to a violent confrontation if the police are not aware of the situation.
At first, no one knew who did it or why it was done. But the News-Tribune article gave additional information.
“After we cleared the call and went back in service, Rome-Floyd 911 received a call from the suspect, claiming responsibility for the incident and explaining his/her motives,” the local police report said. “It was a computer generated voice. They explained they were upset about Ms. Greene’s stance on ‘trans-gender youth’s rights,’ and stated they were trying to ‘swat’ her.”
As we and others reported, Greene put forward a measure to protect children from transgender mutilation.
The News-Tribune added:
The report also stated the caller said they are connected to a website, which police stated supports cyberstalking, and gave the police their user name on the site.
“Right now, Congresswoman Greene’s safety is our number one concern,” Greene’s spokesperson Nick Dyer said Wednesday. “Late last night, she was a victim of a political attack on her family and home. Whoever committed this violent crime will face the full extent of the law.”
The incident is currently under investigation by the Rome Police Department’s criminal investigation division in conjunction with the Capitol Police.
In other words, this appears to be a deliberate act of liberal terrorism.
Greene responded: “If this is the war the left wants, this is the war the left will get. I will never stop protecting children and defending their innocence. We have to immediately pass H.R. 8731, the Protect Children’s Innocence Act, to end the mutilation of kids.”

It should be obvious to everyone the left wants war.

Yes, this is unacceptable, but we now live in a country where unhinged leftists seem hell-bent on fomenting violence and bloodshed. It’s almost as if they really do want a second bloody civil war, followed by genocide and Soviet-style tyranny. Even worse, we have a “Justice” Department that doesn’t seem to care if conservatives are subject to acts of liberal terrorism.
