JIM ACOSTA IS OUT – Fake News CNN Got A Little Better

From The Lid in 2020: It’s unknown whether any White House reporter has been drop-kicked in the butt by as many different people in one administration as Jim Acosta of CNN. He wasn’t drop-kicked; he was given a bad time slot, which CNN had to know the move would make him quit—and he did.

There are very few people in the administration who like or respect him. He is considered by many observers as the most unprofessional member of the White House press corps. Steve Krakauer, a CNN producer-turned media watchdog, used to work with    Acosta. In the latest edition of his media newsletter, Krakauer confirmed what we all knew, his former colleague Acosta is a fame-seeking attention-getter who doesn’t care about the news as much as he cares about making himself famous.  Jim Acosta Fame-Seeking Attention-Getter

Per the NY Post

Embattled CNN anchor Jim Acosta announced Tuesday that he is leaving the network — and took an apparent parting shot at the Trump administration by urging viewers not to “give in to the lies.”

Acosta, a former White House correspondent at CNN who often feuded with President Trump during his first term, was reportedly slated to be relegated to the graveyard shift from his current morning slot.

Feuded? he was damn rude. And others in the White House press pool couldn’t stand him either

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“You may have seen some reports about me and this show. And after giving all of this some careful consideration and weighing an alternative time slot CNN offered me, I have decided to move on,” Acosta said at the end of his 10 a.m. program.

Party Time

“I have always believed it’s the job of the press to hold power to account. I have always tried to do that here at CNN,” Acosta said in his farewell message

He didn’t report the news he tried to make himself the story

“I plan on doing all of that in the future. One final message: Don’t give in to the lies. Don’t give in to the fear. Hold on to the truth. And to hope, even if you have to get out your phone, record that message. I will not give in to the lies. I will not give in to the fear. Post it on your social media, so people can hear from you, too.”

I agree. Don’t give in to Jim Acosta. Acosta reminds me of the old Carly Simon song, “You’re So Vain.”
