Jamshid Sharmahd Executed by Iran – Daughter Rips Biden-Harris Admin

"What did we get? A spit in the face."

Jamshid Sharmahd was a green card holder and resident of California for 20 years. He held dual citizenship both of Iran and Germany. But while on a business trip, an airline layover in Dubai in 2020 served opportunity for him to be kidnapped by the Iranian regime and taken to Iran.

There he was placed on trial and found guilty of being “under orders from masters in Western intelligence agencies, the United States and the child-killing Zionist regime.” Iran executed Jamshid Sharmadh on Monday. (Breitbart)

“We do not want any statements or condolences that do not include the immediate return of my father, dead or alive, and a severe punishment for the Islamic regime murderers.” Gazelle Sharmadh (The National News)

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

Neither the US nor Germany did anything to help Sharmadh while he was in custody, even though Gazelle tried everything to get some help. Jamshid Sharmadh was an activist, which contributed to his situation.

German summoned the Iranian envoy on Tuesday to lodge their outrage at the execution. The US State Department also condemned the execution…both issued statements after it was too late.

Ms Sharmahd said the US government “did nothing” and was trying to “shift responsibility” to Germany. She accused both of “abandoning [her father] in every hostage negotiation”. Mr Sharmahd was not among five Americans released in a prisoner swap last year in which the US agreed to unfreeze $6 billion for Iran.

“I can only say at this point that my love and duties to my father and his leading role in freeing our homeland go beyond death,” Ms Sharmahd said. She had previously reported signs of her father being tortured, including missing teeth, facial bruising and difficulty walking. The National News

Whether or not Jamshid Sharmahd actually qualified under the Levinson Act is a point of contention. However, since Iran did not provide solid evidence of anything he did wrong, he was definitely unlawfully detained. Now he is dead and his family grieves.

“My dad chose the United States as his home, worked hard, followed all the rules, belongs to a family of four generations around him of U.S. citizenship, lived here for 20 years as a tax-paying, law-abiding resident and would already have his citizenship if it wasn’t for the terrorists and qualifies as a U.S. national under the Levinson law,” Gazelle told the outlet.

The Robert Levinson Hostage Recovery and Hostage-Taking Accountability Act defines a “United States national” as being “a lawful permanent resident alien with significant ties to the United States,” according to the bill’s text.” Breitbart

The Biden-Harris administration is more than happy to give Iran $billions and do prisoner exchanges… for those who further their agendas. For any others they wait. In this case, they waited too long for the Jamshid Sharmadh family.
