DOJ faces a second weapons Failure

Kingery-1079320Jean Baptiste Kingery, inventor of the “Kingery Grenade”, and a man who converted AK47 into machine guns was arrested by the ATF in 2010.  The local Assistant U.S. attorney in Arizona, Emory Hurley, refused to prosecute him, calling his grenades “harmless toys.”  He didn’t even bother to address the conversion of AK47s.  The lead investigator, Pete Forcelli, who was the ATF supervisot in charge.  Forcelli is better remembered as the whistleblower in the Fast and Furious scandal.
