In February, NRA Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre warned of a coming anti-gun socialist wave that threatens to drown out our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms, along with many other aspects of American freedom.
Closet and not-so-closet socialists in the upper echelons of the Democrat Party, academia and the so-called “mainstream” media are pushing the idea of curtailed freedoms down our throat at a frenzied rate. Their goal is to create a strong enough wave to take back the U.S. House of Representatives this fall, thereby rendering the next two years of Donald Trump’s presidency basically null and void.
Along with the warning from LaPierre, a gun owner who owns a shooting range in Belleville, Illinois was sent an anonymous threatening letter that targets blacks, US military veterans, and gun owners.
The letter reads, “Over 100 years ago, the NRA did a bad, bad thing. So tell your black friends and your brain-damaged veteran friends…. “Get ready, we are coming for your guns and there’s NO stopping it!”
Then the letter reads, “SO, GET READY BI*TCHES.”
The threatening letter was post-marked out of Springfield, Illinois with the date of April 2, 2018 and although no return address was added, the initials “WJS” and “SJW” is present.
At the bottom of the letter, the hashtag, #Marchforlife.org has been added along with a final message to the NRA stating, “P.S. The N.R.A. is going down for their mistake.”
The names of gun range owner and the person who posted the threatening letter, for their safety, will remain anonymous.
As to who sent the threatening letter, no one knows, but by sending such a letter via the U.S. Postal Service, that individual has broken federal laws other than those related to threatening a citizen. Whether law enforcement has been notified is unknown at this time.

A few days ago, a citizen on Facebook found the below snapshot of an anti-gunner, going by the name of Brian Garvey, calling for the death of gun owners if they refuse turn their guns in.
The coming socialist wave—a wave that cannot coexist alongside the Second Amendment—is trying to engulf a wide swath of America by co-opting various “segments” of society that, in all honesty, appreciate and cherish the freedoms protected by the Bill of Rights.
To fight the wave, we must let everyone know that the Second Amendment was written for all Americans. And when we fight to protect the right to keep and bear arms, we fight for the rights of all.
NRA President Pete Brownell recently put it best in a column he wrote for the Association’s official journals:
“The Constitution does not care about the tone of your skin, who you love, which political party you’ve vowed to support or which language you speak—if you’re speaking the language of freedom. If you’re willing to protect your family no matter the cost, and if you want to have a say when it comes to your rights as a law-abiding, responsible American gun owner, then I want you to join us.”
