Over the course of the last several years, some on the right side of the aisle have complained about the purported political bias of law enforcement, particularly in regard to a number of heated protests and riots that we have witnessed.
This has been an issue that has reared its ugly head time and again in Portland, where the city’s mayor has repeatedly toned down or neutered the police response to near-nightly protests, some of which have seen demonstrators claim sections of the town for themselves as “autonomous zones”.
Now, as a group of violent liberal extremists continue to target anti-abortion establishments, one House Rep. is demanding that the Department of Homeland Security act.
Biden’s Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas must address the growing number of attacks mounted by the “anarchist extremist group” Jane’s Revenge against pro-life crisis pregnancy centers and churches, according to Rep. Michael Guest, R-Miss.
In a letter addressed to Mayorkas Thursday, Guest, who is the vice ranking member of the House Committee on Homeland Security, outlined the growing number of criminal acts of violence and vandalism targeting pro-life organizations such as pregnancy centers and churches” that have occurred across the U.S. in recent weeks “following an unprecedented leak of a draft Supreme Court opinion.”
And these aren’t just protesters, but legitimate terrorists.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Most recently, Guest noted that an incendiary device damaged the Pregnancy Resource Center in Gresham, Oregon, on June 10 — which constituted the fourth arson-related incident at such a facility in recent weeks.
Of course, if the perpetrators were aligned with some right-wing cause, there is the possibility that Joe Biden himself would get on stage and try to tie them to his invented “Ultra-MAGA” movement.
