Georgia State Senator Takes First Step To Impeach Fulton County DA Fani Willis For Political Bias In Indictments Criminalizing Speech
On Thursday, Georgia state Sen. Colton Moore (R), took the first step in removing Fulton County DA Fani Willis from office for her political indictment against former President Donald Trump and 18 others.
Moore announced an initiative to begin an emergency session to conduct a thorough investigation into Willis’ actions in a letter to Gov. Brian Kemp (R), Breitbart reported:
“We must strip all funding and, if appropriate, impeach Fani Willis,” Moore said in a statement.
“As a Georgia State Senator, I am officially calling for an emergency session to review the actions of Fani Willis,” he said. “America is under attack. I’m not going to sit back and watch as radical left prosecutors weaponize their elected offices to politically target their opponents.”

As the Gateway Pundit noted, Willis went so far as to claim that asking people to watch a television network amounted to a criminal conspiracy:

“Finally, a leader who is stepping up and fighting back against the epidemic of corrupt District Attorney’s that are drunk on power,” Cliff Maloney, a campaign veteran who runs America First Georgia campaigns, told Breitbart. “Colton Moore is an absolute patriot,” he said. “He must win this battle and I encourage every liberty loving American to support him.”
