Armed Bystanders Take Out Oklahoma Restaurant Shooter

West Lake Hefner Drive – At around 6:30 p.m. Thursday night,  Alexander Tilghman, 28, walked into an Oklahoma restaurant and opened fire. Four people were injured, only 3 of them were shot, including a mother and her daughter.  The only fatality was the suspect, thanks to two armed citizens who shot the perpetrator dead.

The incident occurred at Louie’s Bar and Grill, an Oklahoma restaurant on Lake Hefner Drive in Oklahoma City. The suspect was deceased when police arrived.

Natalie Giles, her daughter, and another juvenile female were eating dinner at the restaurant when Tilghman entered and began shooting. All three were shot, and are said to be in good condition. A 4th person fell and broke his arm after the shooter began the assault.

Two men, Carlos Nazario and Bryan Wittle, confronted the shooter in the parking lot and fatally shot him.

Police stated there was no indication of terrorism. But once again, good guys with a gun stopped the bad guy. The shooter’s motive is unknown. Oklahoma City Police are investigating.

Regarding the shooting at Lake Hefner a fourth victim has been identified. The victim suffered a minor injury. It is unclear how the victim sustained the injury.

Suspect “apparently shot-to-death by an armed citizen.”

CONFIRMED: A mother and daughter were shot while celebrating a birthday at Louie’s Lakeside.
