Videos: Trump threatens lawsuit if Cruz doesn’t apologize before Saturday’s election

trump-sueOnce again, Donald Trump has issued an ultimatum demanding Ted Cruz apologize before Saturday’s election.  If not, he says he’ll file a lawsuit because Cruz was born in Canada.

“He’s a liar,” Trump said of Cruz.  “Now, he’ll apologize. But I don’t want the apology after the election. I want it before. And if he doesn’t I am going to bring a lawsuit because in my opinion based on what I’ve learned over the last few days from very top lawyers. He doesn’t even have the right to serve as president or even run as president. He was born in Canada.”

Trump also issued his threat on Facebook, where he indicated he may make a third party run if he doesn’t get his way:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
