Man threatens to beat actor James Woods over the head with 2×4

On Saturday, actor James Woods said that he was directly threatened with violence by an individual who threatened to hit him over the head with a 2×4.

“So I’ve been directly threatened with violence. Let’s see if and will actually do anything if a conservative is threatened,” he said.

According to Woods, it’s not the first time this Twitter user threatened him.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“For the record this is one of his other threats before his account was suspended,” Wood said.

The threat was apparently in reference to a couple of tweets Woods issued regarding the potential of a second civil war in the event that President Trump is removed from office.

“If the manage to reverse this election with their usual dirty tricks, there will be . This is not going to end well,” Woods tweeted earlier this month.

The threats against Woods didn’t sit too well with many:

A blue check on Twitter means that the account is “verified.”

As it turns out, Woods not only reported the perpetrator to Twitter, he appears to be taking serious legal action.

How did Woods know that?

A post at the Gateway Pundit said:

…The bozo linked his Instagram account to his Twitter account. Doesn’t take a MENSA member (which James Woods is a proud member of with an IQ of 180) to hide your personal information if you’re going to make threats of any kind.

“The guy threatens to bash my head in on and then links to his account with his bike with his license plates.

Twitter suspended the man’s account, but it didn’t end there.

Indeed.

Not only was the man’s account suspended, but he was identified by Woods.

“His account was suspended. For the record he is Matthew E. Jacob of Manhasset, Long Island. Further info I can give to police would help.”

Woods revealed to one of his followers that he has a security guy who can “vet anybody in thirty minutes.”

Woods then posted a picture of the man:

And started the hashtag #MatthewEJacob, which supporters began using.

Woods also said he’s pressing charges against Jacob for terrorist threats and stalking.

He also explained why he considers this a death threat:

He further explained:

And, he added:

Which, sadly, seems to encompass quite a few people these days.

Moral of the story: Don’t mess with James Woods.

Second moral of the story: This is how conservatives should deal with insane liberal hatemongers.
