Whistle-blowers Come Forward With Hundreds of Pages of Evidence of Wrongdoing at Clinton Foundation — Report
Multiple whistle-blowers have reportedly come forward with hundreds of pages of evidence alleged to show illegal activities at the Clinton Foundation.
Illegal activities which include, but are not limited to, misappropriation of funds, quid-pro-quo allegations for donors, and millions in tax delinquencies.
The Hill reported on Thursday that whistleblowers filed a submission in August of 2017 with the IRS and the FBI that included 6,000 pages of evidence, some of which purportedly show wrongdoing.
Last week, according to the report, a federal prosecutor asked for documents from the firm that compiled those thousands of pages, MDA Analytics LLC, a company run by “accomplished ex-federal criminal investigators.”
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

“There is probable cause that the Clinton Foundation has run afoul of IRS rules regarding tax-exempt charitable organizations and has acted inconsistently with its stated purpose,” MDA stated in it’s filing.
“The Foundation should be investigated for all of the above-mentioned improprieties. The tax rules, codes, statutes and the rule of law should and must be applied in this case.”
Where the Bodies Are Buried
Perhaps in one of the more foreboding statements lying within the documentation involves an interview with Andrew Kessel, longtime Chief Financial Officer for the Foundation.
The Hill reports:
The submission also cites an interview its investigators conducted with Andrew Kessel that quotes the foundation’s longtime chief financial officer as saying he was unable to stop former President Clinton from “commingling” personal business and charitable activities inside the foundation and that he “knows where all the bodies are buried.”
Perhaps that’s not the best choice of words considering the reputation the Clinton family has for key witnesses against their Foundation and others investigating suddenly reaching an unfortunate demise.
“One of the biggest problems was (former President Bill) Clinton’s commingling and use of business and donated funds and his personal expenses,” Kessel admitted.
Clinton “mixes and matches his personal business with that of the foundation,” another interview revealed. “Many people within the foundation have tried to caution him about this but he does not listen, and there really is no talking to him.”
Rep. Mark Meadows Says There’s More Evidence
Mark Meadows, head of the House Oversight Subcommittee, claims additional evidence from whistleblowers shows further wrongdoing at the Clinton Foundation.
Meadows, in an interview with Fox News just days prior to an investigative hearing on the Foundation and other Clinton-related activities, noted that there are hundreds of pages of evidence showing “misappropriation of funds and allegations of quid-pro-quo promises made to donors during Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state.”
Meadows previously questioned the Foundation’s possible pay-to-play tendencies when tax documents showed a massive drop off in donor funds after Hillary lost the election.
He said the “remarkable” plunge in donations “raises grave concerns their (Clinton Foundation) operations were not above board.”
“Whenever we look at the possibility of ‘pay to play’ by government officials, current or former, it demands answers–and anyone who uses public office to sell access for their own financial benefit must be held accountable,” Meadows added.
The Hill says these allegations are quite serious and will give Congress plenty to discuss regarding the Clinton Foundation at next week’s hearing.
“Quid pro quo donations, a culture of noncompliance, travel abuses and commingling of personal with charitable business are serious issues, especially when Americans trusted the Clinton Foundation to spend $2.5 billion tax free in the name of charity,” they conclude.
