Thanks to a cabal of unelected liberal district court judges usurping the Constitution and the Executive Branch, the United States is no longer a Constitutional Republic. Instead, it is essentially being ruled by an imperial judiciary that has conducted a de facto coup d’etat.
The imperial judicial junta has so far ordered President Trump to return enemy terrorists, rapists, and murderers to the United States, ordered the president to allow waste, fraud, and corruption of taxpayer money, and has even commandeered the U.S. military, telling the Defense Department who it must allow to serve in uniform, completely disregarding the concept of military readiness. And that’s just the tip of a very large iceberg.
So, we cannot help but wonder what’s next for the junta? Will it order the president to launch a full-scale nuclear strike against Russia? Will it order Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to commit all of our armed forces to combat in Ukraine? Perhaps it will rule that the Constitution itself is null and void. Or maybe it will try to disband Congress and declare itself the Supreme Law Of The Land.
Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? Perhaps, but it’s not outside the realm of possibility. At this point, nothing is outside the realm of possibility. The junta has already overstepped its Constitutional authority and is even trying to micromanage details of national security.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
While appearing on The War Room, Josh Hammer, Senior Counsel for the Article III Project, told Steve Bannon that we are witnessing nothing less than a judicial insurrection:
Attorney Josh Hammer: “Let me just lay the scene briefly here. What we’re seeing is not just judicial activism, Steve. I used the words very carefully there. I mean, this is a full-on judicial insurrection, going back to the very first days of this administration in power.
By the way, those of us with a long enough memory to remember the first Trump administration. This is nothing new.
The first Trump administration from 2017 to 2021, faced, by my count, I believe, it was 65 so-called nationwide injunctions, which, by the way, is more than the first 44 presidents of the United States combined, literally in all of American history, faced there.
They basically picked up in January, just last month, as if they hadn’t lost a beat over the past four years. Whether it’s a judge in Washington State or Ohio or Washington DC or Florida, or Hawaii, the notion that you can issue a TRO, a temporary restraining order, and thereby try to bring a federal executive branch policy and executive order to halt. It’s completely anathema. It’s bat-crap crazy. That’s not how the separation of powers works.”
The Gateway Pundit added:
Activist Judge Chutkan ruled last week that state attorneys general can access information about DOGE employees working to cut waste and fraud in government. Chutkan put a target on the backs of these genius kids so violent leftists could pursue them on the streets of America. What a horrible woman!
Crazed America-hating Judge Beryl Howell blocked President Trump from banning far-left law firm Perkins Coie from all government business and buildings. Perkins Coie was central in the scam to take down President Trump his first term in office with their Russia-Putin hoax.
Today alone 4 federal judges ordered:
a) Elon Musk to reinstate USAID workers;
b) Trump to state disclose when/where flights left w/ terrorists;
c) reinstatement of transgender to military;

And Judge James Boasberg is ordering President Trump to bring planeloads of murderers, rapists and gang members back into the United States. His hatred for America is now out in the open for all to see!
Josh Hammer noted that the first Trump administration, from 2017 to 2021 faced 65 nationwide injunctions.
President Trump, in less than two months, has faced 129 legal challenges by activist judges. Only two cases are closed.
How far up the ladder does this insurrection go? Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts seems to be perfectly fine with the judicial coup taking place as he scolded the president about calls to impeach judges acting outside their authority.
“Obviously, there is something completely sinister and likely criminal about this wave of lawsuits in an attempt to destroy President Trump’s second term,” Jim Hoft observed, adding:
It is obvious that this is a coordinated attack by the far-left to destroy Trump’s all-star administration and the nation in the process.
These radical communists don’t care. They would rather have Venezuelan murderers and rapists on the streets and Hamas supporters shutting down college campuses than see President Trump have a second successful term.
We are obviously, dealing with evil here.

Moreover, unless the DOJ and congressional Republicans take a firm stand to stop this madness, it will never end.
