So much for that “summer of love.” On Monday, a video was posted to Twitter of a white Uber driver who said he was threatened by armed “guards” at the border of the breakaway “nation” of “CHAZ,” or “CHOP,” since it was just renamed.
According to the unnamed driver, the guards pulled out guns and “put them to my f*cking head.” His alleged “crime?” Besides being white, who knows? According to the driver, he was simply there to pick someone up.
But that was apparently not to be tolerated because the guards, described as dope-smoking youngsters, allegedly pulled out handguns and told him to “get the f**k out of here.”

In a follow-up tweet, he asked: “Dear @Uber don’t you care about the safety of your drivers? This cannot be tolerated.”
Good question.
