Video: Hillary Clinton accuses Jerry Falwell, Jr., of treason, claims he gave ‘aid and comfort to ISIS’

clinton-falwellWhile appearing on ABC’s “This Week,” Democratic Party frontrunner Hillary Clinton accused Liberty University President Jerry Falwell Jr., of giving aid and comfort to ISIS, which amount to an accusation of treason, after he suggested students get concealed carry permits so they could prevent the next San Bernardino from happening.

“It just blows my mind when I see the President of the United States say that the answer to [San Bernardino] is more gun control,” he told students Friday night. “If some of those people in that community center had had what I’ve got in my back pocket right now…”

“I’ve always thought if more good people had concealed carry permits, then we could end those Muslims before they walk in and kill,” he said.

Here’s video of his comments, courtesy of Mediaite:

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

This didn’t sit too well with Clinton, who took Falwell’s statement out of context and twisted it to fit her narrative.

“It is giving aid and comfort to ISIS and other radical jihadists,” she said.  The statement can be seen in the video below, starting at about the 9:19 mark:

A post at the Right Scoop adds:

She’s kinda saying the First Amendment freedom of speech doesn’t apply if you’re talking about Muslims badly. In a sane America, this would be absolutely disqualifying for the presidency. But we live in Obama’s America.

Is there a stealth creeping campaign by Democrats to delegitimize speech against Muslims for the aim of criminalizing like they did in Canada? I say this because clearly Obama is against it, and his Attorney General said it would be prosecuted this week, and now Hillary…

Good question.  One thing is clear.  Liberals like Clinton won’t be happy until Americans are stripped of both their First and Second Amendment rights.

Exit question: Since the death penalty can be used in cases of treason, does Clinton now want Falwell killed?
