There’s sick, and then there’s this. During an interview held on Zoom, “Hanoi” Jane Fonda, the far-left actress who once posed with North Vietnamese soldiers in an anti-American propaganda effort, called the coronavirus pandemic, “God’s gift to the left.”
“I just think that COVID is God’s gift to the Left,” she said with a bit of a chuckle. “That’s a terrible thing to say. I think it was a very difficult thing to send down to us, but it has ripped the band-aid off who [Trump] is and what he stands for and what is being done to average people and working people in this country.”
Analyzing her outrageous comment, Breitbart explained that she believes the pandemic “…will let the radical left get its way with climate change policies they’ve long pursued in Washington.”
“We are people who can help determine which way humanity goes. What a great gift,” Fonda added with glee. “What a tremendous opportunity, we’re just so lucky, we just have to use it with every ounce of intelligence and courage and wherewithal we have.”

Fonda appeared alongside vice presidential candidate Kamala Harris and the Biden campaign in a virtual event in September. Harris promoted the event by saying that veterans “sacrifice so much for our nation and deserve our respect and gratitude, both while on active duty and after.”

Indeed. In February 2011, I first said that liberalism, at its core, is an ideology of rage and hate. Sadly, leftists like Fonda prove that assertion correct on just about any given day.
