USDA: Federal Discrimination Against White Farmers

Whites need not apply?

The USDA (US Department of Agriculture) has been allocating disaster funds based not on equal need, but on race and gender. Four Texas  plaintiffs filed a lawsuit against the practice, claiming that it violates the Supreme Court ruling from last year regarding the racial admissions policies of universities.

The four plaintiffs, Alan and Amy West, Bryan Baker and Rusty Strickland, have owned their family farms for “decades” and been through droughts as well as the Covid 19 pandemic. According to the lawsuit:

Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) and Mountain States Legal Foundation represent Texas farmers suing the Biden Administration Department of Agriculture (USDA) for unconstitutionally and unlawfully awarding disaster and pandemic relief funds to certain farmers based on race and sex.

Farming is a difficult livelihood. One of the biggest hurdles farmers face is challenging weather conditions that are out of their control. That is why Congress has allocated over $25 billion in emergency disaster and pandemic relief funds since 2020 to help farmers affected by natural disasters and COVID-19 through various programs.

But rather than help farmers like Plaintiffs Alan and Amy West, Bryan Baker, and Rusty Strickland—who have owned their family farms for decades and have suffered from the effects of droughts and the COVID-19 pandemic—the USDA is harming them by allocating those congressional funds to them differently than to other farmers based on factors including race and sex.  Southeastern Legal Foundation

The lawyers for the case Strickland et al v United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) believe they have a strong case, in spite of the basis of the practice being an Executive Order by Biden.

They are requesting the court issue an injunction based on: “(1) the programs, as currently administered, are unconstitutional; (2) USDA lacks statutory authority to run the programs in their current form; and (3) USDA failed to adequately explain changes in calculating payments when implementing progressive factoring.” JustTheNews

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The operative words here are “progressive factoring.” Biden’s capitulation to the radical left wing of his party has not just been unconstitutional, it has been a disaster for all Americans of every color or gender.

When white farmers are discriminated against by their own government, it threatens the very fabric of the United States. If it is not stopped, where could it spread? Why don’t we ask the white Farmers in South Africa who have been murdered to forcibly take their land? Could it happen here? Let’s not find out.
