Over the weekend, Elon Musk promised ‘the split second court opens on Monday, X Corp will be filing a thermonuclear lawsuit against Media Matters.’  Perhaps he wasn’t there the very second the court opened, but he did file a lawsuit against the Soros-backed liberal outfit.

Filing it in the Northern District of Texas, which is overwhelmingly Republican and votes Trump might be a concern for Media Matters. If they can’t get it moved, they are in for some rough sailing.

The Gateway Pundit tell us the lawsuit “landed in the hands of District Judge Mark Pittman, a Donald Trump appointee with a history of rulings favorable to conservative causes.”

Not only that, but Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said his office has launched an investigation into Media Matters for fraudulent activity:
