While speaking in Kansas City, GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump warned protesters that he would start pressing charges against violent radical left-wing protesters like those who shut down his rally in Chicago.
“I hope they get put into, I hope these guys get thrown into jail. They’ll never do it again. It’ll destroy their record. They’ll have to explain to mom and dad why they have a police record, and why they can’t get a job. And you know what? I’m going to start pressing charges against these people. And then we won’t have a problem.
“And I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to ruin somebody’s life. They’re probably good kids, you know. They’re probably good kids. I don’t what to ruin people’s lives. But the only way we’re going to stop this craziness is if we press charges. Because then their lives are going to be ruined. They’re going to know their lives are going to be ruined. So I’ll just tell you folks from now on, if you do anything, we’re pressing charges, okay?”

Last night on CNN, Trump presented a different tone, suggesting a degree of understanding and saying that people on both sides are angry and are experiencing job losses and other economic problems. That was a very, very brief change of tone.
Before the events last night, and throughout the day today, Trump has typically taken a harsh tone with disruptions. He has encouraged his supporters to become violent, telling them to attack the protesters and that, if they did, he would pay the legal fees for their defense.
On Friday, violent left-wing agitators connected to groups like MoveOn.org, Black Lives Matter and revolutionary Communist groups, threatened Trump supporters and said it was okay to sexually molest female Trump supporters because they’re “white racist b**ches.”
Ted Cruz and others blamed the violence on Trump, saying he has encouraged an atmosphere of violence and confrontation.
On Saturday, a violent protester who apparently wanted Trump dead rushed the stage where Trump was speaking in Dayton, Ohio. Armed anti-Trump protesters were also spotted in Dayton.
Twitchy noted that protesters, which included supporters of socialist Bernie Sanders, were ejected from Trump’s Kansas City rally.

It’s becoming clearer all the time that leftists aren’t interested in meaningful dialog. At the rate things are escalating, it’s only a matter of time before someone is seriously hurt. Then it’ll be “Katy bar the door.”
