Trump Lawyer Mike Davis Warns Letitia James: Continue Your Lawfare Against Trump, and “We Will Put Your Fat A*s in Prison” (Video)

While appearing on Benny Johnson’s podcast, Trump lawyer Mike Davis warned Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James that the gloves are coming off.

“Let me just say this to Big Tish James, the New York attorney general. I dare you. I dare you to try to continue your warfare against President Trump in his second term. Because listen here, sweetheart, we’re not messing around this time, and we will put your fat ass in prison for conspiracy against rights. And I promise you that. So think long and hard before you want to violate President Trump’s constitutional rights or any other American’s constitutional rights. It’s not going to happen again,” he said.

This was in response to James issuing even more threats against the President-Elect.

“So here we are. We’ve studied their platforms. We’ve identified certain possibilities, fact patterns. We’ve created contingency plans,” James said. “So no matter what the next administration throws at us, we are ready. We are ready to respond to their attacks.”

“We did not expect this result, but we are prepared to respond to this result. We are prepared to fight back once again.”

“This is not the time to be fearful, New York. But faithful. And steadfast. Knowing that I as the attorney general, along with my entire team, we are guardians of the law. And we are prepared, my friends, to fight back,” she said.

Keep in mind that James ran on a platform of “get Trump.”

And she’s not the only one who needs to be prosecuted, in my opinion. James and her cohorts have destroyed the “justice” system in New York with their politically-motivated prosecutions of Trump.

Davis cited the exact statute he could use against James:

According to the Department of Justice:

Section 241 makes it unlawful for two or more persons to agree to injure, threaten, or intimidate a person in the United States in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured by the Constitution or laws of the United States or because of his or her having exercised such a right.

Unlike most conspiracy statutes, §241 does not require, as an element, the commission of an overt act.

The offense is always a felony.

Adding that Davis’ name has been floated for the AG position in Trump’s second term, Twitchy added:

That sure sounds a lot like what James’, Alvin Bragg, Judge Juan Merchan, Judge Arthur Engoron, and others in New York have been doing to Trump.

And we’re not great at math, but that looks like more than two people to us.
