The Donald Trump “Boxes Hoax”

The DOJ claims that Donald Trump stored a trove of classified documents in a bathroom, a bedroom and a ballroom at Mar-a-Lago, among other places. They indicted him (or rather, the Grand Jury indicted him) on 37 counts of criminal action involving the mishandling of classified documents. Also indicted is Navy Veteran Walt Nauta, one of Trump’s aides. Prosecutors claim that the former President was personally involved in the moving of the boxes into Mar-a-Lago. Never mind that Biden stashed classified documents in his garage after Hunter saw them (and other incorrect places), or that Hillary deleted 30,000 emails and had documents on her email server that also contained classified information. None of that counts how many hundreds of thousands of documents taken from the White House by Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Senators, and Vice Presidents. Or the infamous “secret tapes” in Clinton’s sock drawer. It’s why former President Trump is calling this mess the “Boxes Hoax.”

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

The Boxes Hoax

The 37 count indictment also claims that Trump knowingly gave false information about the documents, and endangered National Security by “flaunting” his actions and disclosing the contents of the documents to unauthorized persons. It is claimed that some of the documents are regarding intelligence information.

Here is the indictment:

Trump Federal Indictment by CNBC.com

The actual pretext used to charge Former President Trump in the “boxes hoax” is under the 14th amendment. But the 14th amendment was specifically designed for people who fought for the South during the Civil War. Donald Trump may be an older American, but he wasn’t alive during the Civil War.

“The only way he can be disqualified is if they can prove that he actually fought in the Civil War for the South. If he fought for the Civil War in the south, he’s out. But other than that, if he’s 35 years old, was born in America, and didn’t fight in the Civil War to the south. He’s eligible. And [can] run from prison.” Alan Dershowitz

Were these documents even worthy of “top secret classification?” It’s a real question- the US government is notorious for slamming the label “classified” on documents that should never have been classified in the first place.

Another question at least I have is: are the photos released by the FBI true photos or are they staged? Based on recent events, FBI claims are and should be suspect. According to the Washington Times, one of the officials in charge of the Mar-a-Lago raid had “strong misgivings” about the operation. Take this picture, for example:

This photo was released to the media by the FBI immediately after the raid in 2022. It looks staged.

Here are two more photos allegedly taken by the FBI and placed in the indictment:

The sensational nature of these photos underscores my personal distrust of them.

This “boxes hoax” indictment is where hate takes us. If we continue to allow hatred of one man to drive the direction of the country, then the nation will not survive.  Either unite and stand up to fight now or experience the total annihilation of everything we once knew.
