On Friday morning, the Supreme Court released its long anticipated ruling: it overturned Roe v Wade in spite of all the leftists and their vile protests. Abortion was never a right enumerated in the Constitution. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 in the Mississippi case of Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization that states should be the ones that regulate the practice of abortion, rather than the Federal government. The decision does follow the leaked document from earlier in the year, as we previously reported.
The Mississippi case revolved around a law in the state that banned abortion after 15 weeks. A lower court had ruled the law unconstitutional. The majority of the court ruled that abortion is not a constitutional right and therefore should be placed in the hands of the individual states, removing the decision of the lower court.
“We end this opinion where we began. Abortion presents a profound moral question. The Constitution does not prohibit the citizens of each State from regulating or prohibiting abortion. Roe and Casey abrogated that authority. We now overrule those decisions and return that authority to the people and their elected representatives.”

Contrary to the shrieking leftists who have walked around with fake blood on their pants, this ruling does NOT remove abortion entirely. It simply remands the decision to each state to do as it chooses.
There are 13 Republican-led states with “trigger laws” that go into effect with this decision. Those laws will restrict abortion, while Democrat-led states want to loosen every restriction. It comes down to ‘murder yes, murder no’ in the increasing division in the United States. There are aproximately 25 states- exactly half- tat will likely severely restrict abortion after this ruling. The trigger laws are in place in Arkansas, Idaho, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wyoming. There are abortion bans on the books in Alabama, Arizona, Michigan, West Virginia and Wisconsin that will likely go into effect now, although the Governors of Michigan and Wisconsin are fighting in court to stop the laws from going into effect.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
The leftists have promised a revolution now, which means they’ll go off the rails and throw a screaming fit, destroying property, attempting to harm individuals, burning businesses and the like. That behavior didn’t get them very far with the decision, although they did everything they could to sway the court from its ruling, including the person who tried to kill Justice Kavanaugh. Democrats will now throw another fit and try to pack the court.
