It seems that Vladimir Putin, the “Mad Dog of Moscow,” is reportedly furious that his invasion of Ukraine hasn’t gone as easily as he had originally hoped, an EU official said, citing a Ukrainian intelligence report, Fox News said.
According to the report, Mad Dog Putin is hiding in a lair somewhere in the Urals with a group of oligarchs “so no one will flee,” said European Parliament member Riho Terras, a former Estonian defense chief.
“Oligarchs convened there so no one would flee. Putin is furious, he thought that the whole war would be easy and everything would be done in 1-4 days,” he tweeted.

Instead, the Ukrainian military and civilians — including the current president, a former president and members of Ukraine’s Parliament — have armed themselves and taken to the streets to fight off the invaders.

As Fox News reported, Terras claimed the “intel report says the Russian forces lacked an adequate tactical plan and were themselves strapped for supplies – bringing enough rockets for only three or four days, and thus ‘use them sparingly.'” On top of that, if the Ukrainians hold off the invading forces for 10 days, Moscow will have no choice but to negotiate.

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has not fled the country and has called for Russia to lose its voting power as a member of the UN Security Council, accusing the nation of “criminal actions” that bear “signs of genocide.”
“They are going to bomb our Ukrainian cities even more, they are going to kill our children even more subtly,” he said. “This is the evil that has come to our land and must be destroyed.”
The Fox report said it “has not independently confirmed the authenticity of the intel report…”
