On Thursday – the anniversary of Mexico’s “Revolution Day,” President Obama — or as my friend and colleague Diane Sori calls him, Barack HUSSEIN Obama — announced his executive action granting a form of amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. The move has some wondering if Obama is intentionally pushing America to civil unrest.
Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., for example, warned of a political firestorm, including acts of civil disobedience and even violence.
“The country’s going to go nuts, because they’re going to see it as a move outside the authority of the president, and it’s going to be a very serious situation,” he said. “You’re going to see — hopefully not — but you could see instances of anarchy. … You could see violence.”

Phyllis Schlafly went further, saying Obama could spark another civil war with his executive overreach.

President Obama’s looming executive action on immigration reform represents a Fort Sumter-type moment, according to conservative icon Phyllis Schlafly.
Schlafly at first considered comparing the Obama amnesty to the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor but decided that Obama’s plan is much more subtle.
“With Pearl Harbor, the American people knew what was happening,” she said.
But Fort Sumter, where the opening shots of the Civil War were fired, represented the beginning of a ruinous conflict, and Schlafly, like fellow conservative luminary Richard Viguerie, speculates that an executive amnesty might touch off a sort of modern-day conflagration.
Indeed, it looks as though Obama really does want unrest in America, and radical Democrats are helping him along.
It’s not like we weren’t warned. Before the 2012 election, a retired Army Colonel warned that an Obama victory could spark a second bloody civil war.
“If Obama wins, the American people should be prepared for economic collapse, a full assault on Constitutional rights, societal fragmentation, and civil strife,” he said.
“They have brought us to the brink of bankruptcy, have opened our borders to illegal immigration, and have permitted a fifth column promoting Sharia law to infiltrate our society and judicial system,” he added.
We were warned. We didn’t listen. Now, we have an imperial president who rules like a dictator when it suits his needs, pushing America even closer to the brink.
