MSNBC’s Joy Reid suggests Rep. Steve Scalise deserved to be shot due to conservative record

On Saturday, MSNBC propagandist Joy Reid angered a numbered of people when she suggested that Rep. Steve Scalise deserved to be shot because of his voting record.

“Rep. #Scalise was shot by a white man with a violent background, and saved by a black lesbian police officer, and yet…” she wrote, in a tweet with a graphic of Scalise’s record.

The implication is clear. According to Reid, Scalise apparently deserved to get shot because of his conservative voting record.

Reid isn’t the only one to use this despicable talking point. As Twitchy noted, Star Trek actor George Takei, a legend in his own alleged “mind,” adopted a similar take, claiming the shooting was some kind of justice brought by the universe, or something…
