Michigan’s Proposal 3 Abortion Amendment Contains Hidden Clause Granting Children “Constitutional Right” To Genital Mutilation
(Natural News) On November 8, Michigan voters will have the chance to decide if they want to codify Roe v. Wade into state law via Proposal 3 now that the longtime federal abortion ruling has been overturned by the Supreme Court. What many of them do not know, however, is that Prop 3 contains hidden provisions that would make “gender affirming” surgeries and pharmaceutical drugging available to children without parental knowledge or consent.
If Prop 3 passes, Michigan’s state constitution will be amended to allow children to waltz right in to one of Planned Parenthood’s 12 statewide “gender affirming” clinics and chop off their genitals or take prescriptions for gender-bending hormones and puberty blockers.
“And with Planned Parenthood of Michigan promising ‘gender affirming’ care ‘via telehealth in the coming months,’ Michiganders’ kids won’t even need to leave their house to obtain these sterilizing drugs,” warned The Federalist.
In essence, Prop 3’s passage would allow young boys to get castrated without the knowledge or consent of their parents. Likewise, young girls could opt for a double mastectomy and hysterectomy without the knowledge or consent of their parents.

Gretchen Whitmer misleading voters by calling Prop 3 “the abortion amendment”
A big reason why most Michiganders presumably have no idea as to the true intent of Prop 3 is because the state’s governor, Gretchen Whitmer, is knowingly and intentionally deceiving them about it.
Constantly referring to Prop 3 as “the abortion amendment,” Whitmer is making it seem through her rhetoric that the proposed legislation is merely about keeping Michigan the same as it was, as far as abortion is concerned, when Roe was still in place.
“Passing this amendment simply restores the same protections that Michiganders had for five decades under Roe v. Wade,” is exactly how the Detroit Free Press is misleadingly framing Prop 3.
“Prop 3 goes far beyond the controlling Roe-Casey precedent,” warned The Federalist‘s Margot Cleveland. “If passed, the constitutional amendment would create an extreme regime in Michigan of abortion on demand, at any time, for any reason, without informed or parental consent, and paid for by taxpayers.”
“This is not merely a political point, and it is not a worst-case-scenario argument based on how some liberal activist judge or justice might interpret Prop 3. This reality flows from the plain language of Prop 3 and rests on general legal principles of constitutional construction.”
The passage of Prop 3 would etch into the Michigan constitution as Article 1, Section 28, several key lines about how “every individual,” including children, would have the right to “make and effectuate decisions about all matters relating to pregnancy.”
It would also scratch into the law additional rights for “reproductive freedom,” which like the pregnancy line refers not just to a woman getting pregnant and wanting an abortion but also to children who decide that they are boys trapped inside girls’ bodies, and vice versa.

“This proposal represents a huge demarcation from controlling Michigan law, under which minors must have parental consent to obtain medical treatment or receive prescription medications, with the only current exception being the judicial bypass provisions governing minors seeking abortions,” Cleveland further warned.
“The rights of parents do not matter; mom and dad have no rights.”
These are truly disturbing times, so none of this is really all that surprising. What is surprising is the degree to which deception has now been enshrined into seemingly everything that is said and done these days – and that too few people look into and read the ballot more closely before voting in favor of things like this.
