Meet The Black Father Teaching His Daughter To Reject Critical Race Theory (Video)

Kory Yeshua, an advocate for freedom and individual liberty, is making waves on social media with a short video he recently posted with his six-year-old daughter in which he explains why he rejects Critical Race Theory.

In the video Yeshua holds his daughter close to him and says, “Daddy teaches you that you can you be anything in this world that you want to be. Isn’t that right?” His daughter replies, “Yes, and it doesn’t matter if your black or white or any color.”

Yeshua continues, “And how we treat people is based on who they are and not on the color of their skin.”

His daughter adds, “And if they’re nice and smart!”

“This is show children think, right here,” continues Yeshua, pointing to his daughter. “Critical race theory wants to end that. But not for my child. That’s not going to happen. My baby is going to know that no matter what she wants to be, all she has to do is work hard. We need to stop CRT point blank. Children do not see skin color.”

Americans for Limited Government did a live Facebook interview this week with Yeshua to talk about the video, which has now been seen by more than 5 million people across his various social media sites, and his role as a conservative social media influencer.

ALG News: What gave you the idea to do something like this with your daughter Royalty?

Yeshua: I decided that it was time to say something is because I was seeing what’s going on in America, and what they’re putting in the schools. It started with my daughter. They played a video on segregation at her school which showed a whites-only water fountain or something like that. My daughter came home and she said, “Dad, why couldn’t they play with black kids?” I want to know why the school is showing this to six-year-olds? You know I’ve been seeing what’s going on with this Critical Race Theory curriculum, and I thought, it’s time to speak up. I teach my daughter that it doesn’t matter what color you are, what race you are, where you come from. That’s what we wanted to display in the video.

ALG News: Your video expressed the idea that we are each individuals with unique talents and abilities. That is the opposite of what Critical Race Theory teaches. It puts us into groups and pits us against one another.

Yeshua: Right. I teach my daughter that it doesn’t matter where people come from or what their background is, people are people. And this is America, where we are free.

ALG News: How did you come by your political views?  Tell me about your background.

Yeshua:  I would say my family was Democrat. A lot of my family still are Democrats. I had an uncle who was a Republican. I remember when I was a kid seeing he had a George Bush sticker on the back of his car. My family wasn’t really for that side, so it was strange to see that.

Growing up we were Democrats. We all thought the same. We voted Democrat because Democrats were the ones that were for Black people. Republicans were for White people, racist white people. Once I started going back to church, things changed for me and I ended up coming back to God and that’s when I started to relook at things differently. Then Trump came along, and I started thinking about what he was talking about. I then started reading Thomas Sowell, Larry Elder, and Booker T. Washington’s. That’s where the awakening started.

ALG New: What is your message to Americans about Critical Race Theory?

Yeshua: This is really about our children’s futures and really the future of America, and even the future of the world.  Right now, you have a bunch of radical adults who hate each other and a bunch of division. It’s not just about my children. It’s about all our children.

ALG News: Where do you want to go with this. Is this something you want to maybe get into politics? What are your dreams for yourself and your daughter?

Yeshua: I never imagined, getting into politics, to be honest with you I mean, how many politicians know to have like all these tattoos I have? I would like to support people who I believe are good, but I don’t know if I ever see myself going in that direction. But I don’t know what God has in store for me. I just want to keep waking people up. There’s a lot going on in inner cities in America, and we keep voting the same party over and over again. It’s like, come on, nobody has to work for your vote, and believe me, they’re not. My dream for my baby is for her to become whatever she wants to become, and not to be, not to feel like she’s held back by her color.
