While speaking at the annual Gridiron Club Dinner on Saturday, President Trump took shots at a number of Washington politicians, including Rep. Maxine Waters, the California Democrat obsessed with impeachment and conspiracy theories involving Russia. According to The Grio, Trump said Waters “has to immediately take an IQ test.”
Of course, it was a joke, but Waters and others immediately pulled the race card.
While appearing on Sunday’s edition of “AM Joy,” Waters accused Trump of being a racist.
“Well, you know, this president has been called stupid, he has been called ignorant, and even his secretary of state did not deny that he called him a moron,” she told Reid. “And so he has no credibility. He has been name calling, he’s been saying all kinds of things.”
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
“I certainly expected him to come out with some racist remarks about me,” she claimed. “So he did exactly what I expected him do. And, by the way, I’m told he wasn’t funny at all.”
“The most important thing this country can do now is impeach this president and make sure we get rid of him and get ready for Pence in 2020,” she added.

So the joke was that she has a low IQ? That’s not racist unless he specifically says it’s because she’s black. If he just happens to think she’s dumb because he dislikes her, that’s called a regular joke.
