Did Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., just threaten to engage in domestic terrorism? On Sunday, she issued a tweet in which she declared: “No ban, no wall! You build it up, we’ll tear it down!” She also chanted the threat during protests at LAX over the weekend.
